Mazza Gallerie and Sibley Hospital invite you to join The Walking Club!

Since 1992 Mazza Gallerie and Sibley Senior Association have worked together to provide a fun, safe walking environment. It's a great way to get fit while meeting new friends. Walking is easiest form of exercise - it improves cardiovascular efficiency, relieves tension, increases muscle tone and stamina, and helps to maintain joint flexibility. As with any exercise program, consult your physician first.

Walkers gather every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30-9:30 am on Mazza's Concourse Level. Blood pressure readings and free parking are available for Walking Club participants!

The Walking Club will be closed on all legal holidays and will follow Montgomery County School system's inclement weather policy. If Montgomery County Schools are closed (or open late) due to inclement weather, then The Walking Club will be closed.

So grab your buddies, grab your sneakers and let's get walking!
